There are few feelings as awesome as knowing that everyone in the room wants a piece. These guys have all gone from big to buff and they've got the photographs to prove it. Inspiring stuff and some amazing changes.

For some of us that sit at a computer all day, having the odd slice (or 10) of pizza to keep us going, the thought of shedding the pounds and toning up to a six-packed muscle-bound human might seem impossible. Apparently though it isnt.

As my dad used to say, "let sleeping girls lie", or was that dogs, who cares! There's something mesmerizing watching a cutie cuddle up & close her eyes - I LOVE the total vulnerability of a chick when she is fast asleep.
