These four guys were in near perfect unison up until one of them smashes his nuts on the top of a parking bollard.

He's either imitating the sound of the outboard engine or he just ate his lunch at Taco Bell. One of the two. Maybe he likes the look of the engine and is trying to communicate with it in it's own language?
